i am so proud of myself that i can hold this pose for a prolonged time :-)

stretches and strengthens the wrists
improves sense of balance


two. advanced/full side plank. (full) vasisthasana.
well, i tried… (i fell over when my leg got straight)


same as side plank
stretches the backs of the legs (the raised one)

three. plow pose. halasana.
do i see an improvement of my posture? i concentrated on straightening my back more then 10 days ago.
